Concert Programs:
The Concert Production Office prints and distributes concert programs for all supported Conservatory events. The department recommends that all recital programs be submitted to the office (Bibbins 234) two weeks prior to the performance date to ensure appropriate attention to advertising, proofing and the preparation of production staff support for special equipment, tuning and/or audio needs.
Please open/download the “Program Template” below for instructions on how to prepare and submit a recital program. Students will also need to submit the “Recital Program and Information Form” when turning in the typed program to the Concert Production Office. Programs will be processed in the order in which they are received.
Note: No dedications or personal messages of any type may appear on the printed program. (See Conservatory Faculty Guide, p.46). A performer wishing to make a dedication or other statement may provide a separate program insert to be distributed with the printed programs.

Joining our "crew":
The Concert Production Department supports all Conservatory sponsored recitals with ushers and stage crew staff.
Ushers are responsible for greeting guests and distributing programs as well as managing traffic flow in and out of the performance venue during concerts. They are required to arrive at the performance site 30 minutes prior to the event as well as remain after the end of the event to collect programs in the hall.
Stage crew staff members are responsible for the accurate and timely setup of the stage for Conservatory performances. They are required to report to the hall 30 to 60 minutes prior to the event time to prepare the stage. The staff coordinates the start of the concert with the ushers and performers. They are also responsible for operating the concert hall lights before and during the performance. The stage crew staff are required to communicate with the performers prior to the concert to prepare for any setup changes that may be needed during the concert. At the end of the concert, the crew is responsible for the tear down of the stage setup in preparation for the next performance.
Interested in joining our stage crew staff or being a Conservatory usher? Work-study jobs are now available! Please contact Eric Cowley for more information at 440-775-5281.
