Making Class time Interesting

ARTE These links are great for showing students that there is much more to the Spanish speaking world than just grammar. Use these links to show the class the cultural wealth that artists from Spanish speaking countries have contributed. These are great links for encouraging interesting class presentations done by the students. You may want to supplement these sites with books, articles, and other resources.

MUSICA This is a link that can lead to many class discussions on the musicians of Latin America and Latinos in the US. For more links and ideas look under the listening section where you can find some sound samples as well.

COMIDA These links are great for teaching food vocabulary since there are even pictures of some of the more obscure kinds of food. This could allow for interesting and delicious class presentations.
