A Weekend for Obies 20 May 2013
It’s that time of year: Each May, the campus and community look forward to welcoming returning alumni and the friends and family of graduating seniors for Commencement/Reunion Weekend. Approximately 2,000 visitors take part in the festivities each year.
The weekend is a showcase for some of the campus’ best offerings—recitals, plays, student art exhibits, historical walks and tours, film screenings, panels featuring alumni experts, and more. There also is lots of reflection, camaraderie, and food, such as during the 2011 Oberlin Student Cooperative Association picnic at Old Barrows, as pictured here. Consider joining us this year. Events start Friday, May 24.
