Theater on a Mission

The Oberlin Summer Theater Festival (OSTF) produces family friendly classics in rotating repertory such as The Diary of Anne Frank. This professional theater company, now entering its fifth season, is made up of Equity and non-Equity actors, directors, and crew members locally and from across the country, as well as Oberlin alumni and current students.

While the shows change year to year, the mission remains the same: to serve Lorain County and the larger northern Ohio community by presenting free productions of meaningful theater classics. By making performances free, festival organizers hope to reach audiences that otherwise wouldn’t have access to live theater.
