A concert of Tibetan traditional music and masked dances 18 April in Warner Concert Hall was one event marking hte four-day visit to Oberlin of nine Tibetan monks. Another was the creation and destruction of an Amitayus (Healing Buddha Mandala) sand painting in hte art museum. The Oberlin visit was part of a world tour, "Sacred Music Sacred Dance for World Peace," endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
