AIRE at Oberlin College

Oberlin College has chosen to use the monetary portion of the AIRE to further enhance the integration of research and education into the curriculum. More specifically, this award has provided Oberlin College with an exciting opportunity to 1) extend curricular initiatives that integrate research-like activities into courses across the college and at all levels of the curriculum, 2) promote campus-wide discussions on how to improve curriculum development, 3) develop and institutionalize methods to assess curricular innovations and 4) disseminate data, models and assessment information to the broader academic community and make Oberlin a more visible source of relevant information for the general public.
