DESCRIPTION

A motor-driven coil rotates between the poles of a horseshoe magnet; the resulting voltage is displayed on the oscilloscope.

NOTES

Clean the brushes before use.

Do not remove the protective styrofoam shield from the coil.

Connect the frame of the rotating coil to the oscilloscope ground.
