DESCRIPTION
Hold down the button on the handle
for a few seconds to charge the wand. It comes with tinsel shapes
that you
can charge and then levitate with the wand. Or use it as
you would a Van de Graaff or electrophorus: deflect a pith ball
or water stream, run volta's hailstorm, pick up bits of paper,
light a neon bulb, run the electrostatic chimes, attach a paper clip to
produce a corona discharge, etc.
