DESCRIPTION
The cooker applies 120 V across the hot dog, via the fork electrodes.  Joule heating cooks (or at least warms) the hot dog in five minutes or so.  Use the watt-meter to monitor power or current.

Operating Instructions:

1) Make sure power switch is "OFF"
2) Position ketchup & mustard bottles.
3) Push hot dog onto forks.
4) Lift knife switch and turn power switch "ON".  Ready light should illuminate.
5) Lower knife switch.  Cooking light should illuminate.
6) Hot dog will show signs of heating after 10-15 seconds.

NOTES

If ready light does not turn on, check for blown fuse (5 ASB).
If cooking light does not turn on, check microswitch on knife.

Forks spacing is adjustable for use with hotdogs or pickles.  Forks can be removed for ease of cleaning.
