DESCRIPTION
The celt is a plastic
semi-ellipsoid with a slight asymmetry - like a kayak whose
keel is a bit askew. Start the celt spinning in the
clockwise direction on a smooth surface and after a few spins
it will start rocking and reverse direction. Or start
with a stationary celt and tap it on the end to rock it and
the rocking will become spinning.
