DESCRIPTION Diffuse white light from the document camera base is reflected off the soap film.  Light waves reflected from the front and back surfaces of the wedge-shaped film interfere and produce horizontal bands of color.
NOTES

Use wood blocks to support the arm of the document camera at the appropriate angle. 

Soap solution recipe: 1 part Dawn, 1 part glycerine, 12 parts water.
