DESCRIPTION
The tube contains
liquid CO2 at high pressure. Gently heat the tube to
bring it to
the critical point, when the liquid/vapor boundary disappears. As the tube cools,
the boundary returns.
NOTES
- The critical point of CO2
occurs at 73 atm and 31.6 C.
- Be careful
when handling the tube as it can explode violently.
