The book A Quantum Mechanics Primer, by Daniel T. Gillespie, is limited in coverage, but what it does cover it treats exceptionally well.

It was published by the International Textbook Company of Scranton, Pennsylvania, in 1970, under the Copyright Act of 1909, so the copyright expired in 1998. Hence I may legally post the book here for free download.
