Editor's Note

The deadline for submitting letters to the Oberlin Review is 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. Due to the controversy over Kwame Ture's speech, the deadline was extended this week to try to include everyone who wished to submit a letter. Letters are placed according to topic. Thus, all letters in favor of Ture were placed together, and all of the anti-Ture letters were placed together. The fact that one group of letters comes before the other is not intended as a value judgement. There is no way of avoiding placing one set before another when dealing with a linear layout.
