The following is a compilation of weekly reports from the Office of Safety and Security.

Nov. 3, 3:43 a.m. An officer on routine patrol found the north basement door at Crane Pool open. The building was checked and secured. Nothing appeared to be missing.

Nov. 3, 10:20 p.m. An officer transported a student to Allen Memorial Hospital for treatment after the student struck his head on a lighting instrument at Hall Auditorium.

Nov. 4, 11:28 a.m. An officer on routine patrol observed two juveniles skateboarding in front of Bosworth. The juveniles were advised of the Oberlin College policy on skateboarding and advised to leave the area.

Nov. 4, 3:00 p.m. An officer on routine patrol observed damage to Hales Gym. A fire extinguisher was discharged inside the building and several windows were found broken. The incident is under investigation by the Safety and Security Office.

Nov. 4, 4:40 p.m. An officer responded to a report from a student of the theft of a bicycle from Wilder Hall. The bicycle is a 24" Diamond mountain bike, 15 speed, black in color.

Nov. 6, 1:40 p.m. An officer responded to a report from a student of South Hall of harassing telephone messages. The incident is under investigation by the Safety and Security Office.

Nov. 6, 7:00 p.m. An officer transported a resident of Barnard to Allen Memorial Hospital for treatment after the student injured her ankle during rugby practice.

Nov. 7, 8:54 a.m. An officer responded to a report from a staff person at Philips Gym of unknown persons using her office equipment after hours. The incident is under investigation by the Safety and Security Office.

Nov. 8, 10:03 a.m. An officer responded to a report from a staff person of the theft of the American Flag and damage to plants in Tappan Square. The value was estimated at $1300.

Nov. 8, 7:30 a.m. An officer responded to a report from construction staff at the Science Center of vandalism to a golf cart belonging to one of the companies. The headlights of the vehicle had been broken, the ignition wiring pulled out and a pipe shoved in the drive belt. A twenty foot wooden ladder with FoxFire written on it was also reported missing.
