Warning: America Rocked by Terrorist Attack

Tuesday
morning at 8:45 a.m. there was a coordinated attack on two American
cities and their symbols of American power. Two passenger planes
slammed into the twin towers of the World Trade Center, and a short
time later another crashed into the Pentagon.

Oberlin Maintains Community, Discourages Violence

the far end of Mudd yesterday vendors sold posters. Students flipped
through stacks of black and white photographs. One student concentrates
on cityscapes: the Sears Tower, the Brooklyn Bridge at night, the
New York City skyline. After minutes examining each picture, he
continues back to his dorm room empty-handed.
