CDS changes: Talcott nixed

Campus Dining Services is due for a makeover.
Proposed changes for next year include shuttering Talcott, pioneering a lunch cart in the Science Center, returning takeout service to Dascomb, opening the Rathskellar in the evenings and closing DeCafé at 9 p.m. daily.

Javanese dancers educate in Shiperd Lounge

Shipherd Lounge in Asia House was completely packed last Friday evening, with students sitting in a semi-circle around the large room. They were all waiting excitedly for the Javanese dance duo presented in joint programming by the Shansi Memorial and Asian American Alliance.

Men’s, women’s tennis overcome Allegheny

The Oberlin tennis teams hit the court on Saturday to take on the Allegheny College Gators in non-conference action. Both the men and the women came out with big wins, giving them needed momentum going into the end of season and the conference tournament.

Alum sorry for OHS break-in

To the Editors:
Cincinnati — As one of the principal people who has stood to learn from my actions at Oberlin High School on March 20, I appreciate the clear thought and fairness that has gone into the letters written on this subject. I would like to answer some of the questions and concerns that have been raised by OHS sophomore Anna-Claire Stinebring and OHS graduate Grace Hammond.
