Saturday, October 3, the class met at Carol Lasser's house to converse with Langston Middle School teachers Michaelene Walzer and Walter Thompson. Over pizza, the teachers shared insights into working with sixth graders. The lively discussion included tips on safety and responsibility, and on effectively engaging the interests of middle schoolers.
