DON'T FORGET THE
AFTERTHOUGHTS NOTE AT THE END
At the end of every draft you turn in, I
like for you to write me a note, telling me what you think of that
draft as it then stands. What did you accomplish in the draft? What
do you think you need to next on it? What questions arose for you
while you were working on it? Use the AFTERTHOUGHTS NOTE to open a
dialogue with me (and your classmates if we're going to workshop that
draft) about the writing you've just finished.
