Caribbean Sites

Located at Lee Stocking Island, Bahamas

 

Two transects extend from the shelf at 15m out to the shelf edge (30m) and down the steep slope into Exuma Sound to the northeast. The red square marks the location of CMRC, the Caribbean Marine Research Center; a NOAA National Undersea Research Program site and home of the Perry Institute for Marine Science, an important source of support for this research.
