Ronald Kahn, James Monroe Professor of Politics and Law, received his B.A. from Rutgers and his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago. He is a specialist on constitutional law, legal theory, and judicial process. He has published a book and articles on constitutional theory and practice. He teaches courses on constitutional law and theory, environmental law, urban politics, and political change in America. He also teaches in the Oberlin Initiative for Electoral Politics.
