Homework Information:
- Homework assignments of the lectures on Mondays and Tuesdays will be collected in the discussion on the following Thursday, while assignments of the lectures on Wednesdays and Thursdays will be collected in the discussion on the following Tuesday.
- Note that all problems are odd-numbered and so answers will be available in the back of the book. Therefore, if you do not show your steps, justify your answers, and write clearly and in complete sentences you will get no credit.
- All homework assignments are posted on Professor Lotfallah's website.
- Homework should be stapled and have your name on the first page.
- You should do ALL of the problems in order to ensure that you receive full credit!
- Late homework is not accepted. No credit will be given for late homework.
- If you cannot attend section, you should send it with a friend or leave it in the brown envelope outside my office door labeled with my name. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE THE END OF DISCUSSION or it will be counted as late. Homework left anywhere else will not be graded or returned to you.
- You are encouraged to discuss homework assignments with other students and collaborate, but there should be no copying. The solutions should be written up independently.
- Finally, solving these problems is probably the single most important thing you can do to help yourself do well in this class. So please do your homework seriously.
You should check this out. Be sure to have the sound on.
