Algebraic geometry, especially enumerative geometry and intersection theory.
I am a member of the American Mathematical Society and the Mathematical Association of America, among other organizations. I share my home with one husband (William C. Colley, III) and three cats, Pythagoras, Ray, and Bull, having said farewell to the T.G.V. in February 2000, 8-Ball in July 2007, Whitey in April 2010, Velcro in December 2017, Tatters in April 2021, and Vinny in April 2024. Here are Velcro, Pythagoras, Tatters, and Vinny, rendered as fractals.
Some links I particularly like are the Geometry Center at the University of Minnesota (now closed), the MacTutor History of Mathematics site.
