BREAKING A STRING BY INERTIA

wooden rod 202-03-E
piece of foam rubber 202-01-A
DESCRIPTION
Use the rod to pull down on the string.  A steady pull will break the top string.  A quick jerk will break the bottom one.

NOTES

Prepare three pieces of string with loops on each end.

Suspend the ball from a horizontal rod between two tall ring stands.
