KABURAGI KIYOKATA (1878-1973)

Given name was Kaburagi Kenichi. Studied with Mizuno Toshikata. In 1894 began working as an illustrator for his family-owned newspaper, the "Yamato Shinbun". Devoted later-life to painting. His students included Ito Shisui and Kawase Hasui.
