To the Editors:

Was President Dye involved in the decision to spend about half a million dollars on the installation of insulated steam lines from the heating plant to the Environmental Studies Center (ESC) site?

Have these lines ever been used? Their use would cut down on the amount of source energy used by the ESC by eliminating the inefficient conversion of heat energy to the electrical energy being used.
