The following is a compilation of weekly reports from the Office of Safety and Security.

Oct. 31, 10:58 a.m. Officer responded to a report of theft of cash from fine box in circulation desk office. Matter under investigation.

12:05 p.m. Officer responded to a report of theft of a Panasonic Compact disc player, Sony Headphones, cassette tape/CD converter and 10 CDs from a dorm room. Matter under investigation.

3:15 p.m. Officer responded to report of a theft of a Cannondale bike seat pouch and clothes from the women's locker room. Matter under investigation.

Nov. 1, 1:06 a.m. Officer responder to report of an unruly subject (non-student) who did not want to leave the area. Subjects were gone before arrival. Two windows were found broken. Matter under investigation.

1:12 a.m. Officer responded to a report of a shattered door glass. Matter under investigation.

6:25 a.m.ÊOfficer responded with Oberlin Fire Department to report of a fire alarm in the old section of Allen Art. Alarm was accidental, caused by steam from register while students were cleaning up after project.

10:30 a.m. Officer responded to a report of a broken vehicle window and theft of a Clarion AM/FM cassette player. Value $500.00. Matter under investigation.

1:52 p.m. Officer responded to a report of theft of cash from Philips Gym equipment room. Matter under investigation.

Nov. 2, Officer, on patrol, observed the U.S. flag missing from the flag pole on Tappan Square. Matter under investigation.

4:22 p.m. Officer responded to report of a person injury of an 11 year old youth who had fallen from his bicycle while riding on the dirt mound near the athletic fields. Allen Memorial Hospital responded and youth's mother was contacted.

Nov. 2, 1:06 a.m. Officer responded to a report of two juveniles harassing student employees. Matter under investigation.

Nov. 3, 4:44 a.m. Officer responded to report of a subject who ran from a custodian in the Conservatory (which was closed at the time of the report). Matter under investigation.

6:55 p.m. Officer responded to report of an injured student. Student had injured her finger while moving sound barriers in Warner Concert Hall. Student was transported to the hospital for treatment and released.

Nov. 5, 1:09 a.m. Officer, while on patrol, observed an unsecured item in the box office at Hall Auditorium. Item was transported to the Safety and Security Office for safekeeping.
