Junior Nicole James set two individual Oberlin Indoor Track Records over Winter Term and was a member of a Record-breaking 1600-meter relay at the NCAC Relays to become this week's Athlete of the Week. In James' first 300-meter and 400-meter races in an Oberlin uniform, Jan. 16 and 23 at Baldwin Wallace College, James broke Oberlin's Varsity Records. She won the 300 in 43.70 and the 400-yard in 62.19. James was also a member of the 1600-meter relay team that shattered the record by seven seconds.
