This year brought out trademark indie rock and ska shows, such as Versus and the Toasters. We were also graced with blues legends such as Koko Taylor and R.L. Burnside. The Spring Fling brought us Soul Coughing and the Return of the DJ brought us the classics of Biz Markie. Perhaps the biggest success story was the concert series for the Hip Hop conference that went up in April. An unprecedented killer lineup of underground Hip Hop legends and rising stars graced the stages of Finney and the 'Sco, including the Excecutioners, Medusa and the Hieroglyphics.
