This year, art at Oberlin exploded in new directions. Spontaneous guerilla art was a trend, and installation art took the campus by storm, with large scale works such as senior Fereshteh Toosi's "Womb Life." Media arts also gained a substantial presence on campus, thanks to thousands of dollars of new media equipment and technology such as digital cameras, video projectors and new sound systems.
