Women's Health, Women's Spirituality: Women's Resource Center. Deepen connection to spirit through practice of Chi Kung, breathwork, sound, grounding exercises and ceremony. Learn skills to listen and derive meaning from messages of our physical and emotional symptoms to restore balance and wholeness. RSVP required by September 6: 775-6577, $20 per person. Space limited.
