COMMENTARY

How do you feel about the approaching winter?

Laura Pritchard is a college junior:
I'm looking forward to it. I don't mind winters in Ohio - even though they're harsh.

Alex Ryan is a college junior:
It's dramatic. I love it.

Joe Timm is a college senior:
I don't like the wind but I like the temperature. And I love watching the freshmen on the first snowfall. college sophomore

Amanda Rea is a college junior:
I think it's cool that we're going to have a big snowy mountain on north campus.

Dave Janik is Area 1 AC:
I hate the cold, I hate the wind. Wind is what you mainly have to consider in winter here. You also have to contend with dragging out the winter clothes. Ohio weather is so up and down.

Kara Asuncion is a college sophomore:
I kind of like the winters here, though I'd like it if there were some mountains to look at or go skiing or snowboarding on. I like the snow because I come from somewhere where we don't get any.

Rosaleen Baluyot is a college sophomore:
I'm from somewhere where we don't get any snow, and I like the color of the leaves. Having four seasons is nice.

Sarah Combellick-Bidney is a college sophomore:
I love it until my heater doesn't work, because I think I should love it. It's pretty outside. We like to complain about it and we think we're abused by it but it can be good.
