What would you do with the idle Co-Op Bookstore Space?

I think it would be really hot if it could be turned into some kind of performance space. Or a swing club, and I don't mean dancing. I mean showers and humping and stuff. Or office space.

I'd like to see it taken over by a small team of jobless artsy alum and turned into a crafty free-for-all, with decoupage sleepovers, bodypainting, and a lil' ol' stage for lil' ol' me.
