Cleveland Orchestra brings Bartok to Finney in annual performance

The Cleveland Orchestra, arguably the finest orchestra in the country, will perform with touring pianist Yefim Bronfman under the baton of David Robertson in the fifth Artist Recital Series concert of the year. Works on the program include Bartok Piano Concerto No. 2, as well as the composer’s Dance Suite. The large orchestral work on the program will be Rachmaninoff’s Symphonic Dances.

He made his Berlin Philharmonic debut in the 2002-2003 season.

Pianist Yefim Bronfman has performed with the Atlanta Symphony, Los Angeles Philharmonic, National Arts Centre Orchestra in Ottawa and the Philadelphia Orchestra, among others.
