With a circulation of 3,500, The Oberlin Review reaches the student body, faculty, alumni
subscribers and townspeople. It is distributed for free within Oberlin, ensuring a large audience.

information including campus notices, schedules and social events.

Payment must be made by cash or check in full within 30 days of the run date. All checks should be made payable to Oberlin College.
No other discounts for pre-payment or bulk advertising are currently
available. Oberlin College student organizations are eligible to
receive a 25% discount.
Classified-style ads are charged by the column inch as outlined
above. We suggest no more than 20 words per column inch.
Deadlines:
Please review our advertising policies prior to submitting your ad.
Space reservation and ad copy must be received by 4 p.m. three days
before the publication date (Tuesday for the Friday publication).
Ads can be submitted via mail or email; refer to the appropriate forms, below. Please include desired size,
content and publication date(s) of the ad, as well as billing address,
contact name, phone number and fax.
We accept electronic submissions in .eps, .pdf, ,jpg, and .tif format (.pdf or .tif preferred), or as an InDesign file, sent to advertisements@oberlinreview.org.
Contract
Terms:
Tearsheets for display advertising are mailed with invoices.
Tearsheets are not sent to on-campus ad purchasers. No page or position requests can be guaranteed. The Oberlin Review may reject any advertising or limit the
amount of advertising content of any issue. The Oberlin Review reserves the right to demand cash payment
prior to the publication of any advertisement. On-Campus
Advertisers:
Advertisers who have an account with the Oberlin College Controller's Office
are asked to use the on-campus advertiser forms to place an ad.
Students who are placing personal ads must pre-pay.
Student organizations, those organizations funded by the Student
Finance Committee should use the Student
Organization Ad Form.
Other on-campus organizations, including departmental and administrative
offices should use the Campus Organization
Form.
