Professor Percy Thomas Fenn

Oberlin College Professor of Political Science and Government, 1927–58. Fenn wrote two pieces for the Oberlin Review, April 26 and May 3, 1940, respectively, in which he tells the students “how to act at the convention” and informs them of the probable Republican Party choices. Professor Fenn also had a sparing match with Vic Stone ’42 in the Oberlin Review concerning the candidacy of Fiorello LaGuardia, Mayor of New York City.
