Things to Know for the (optional) Exam on the Third Unit


Format:
The exam will consist of two parts: short answer and long answer. There will be about 8-10 short answer questions of which you pick 6-8. Answers should be anywhere from one to five sentences. There will be 3-4 long answer questions, of which you pick 2. Answers should be about 2 blue-book pages.This exam is optional, and will replace the third paper. So if you take the exam, you do not have to write a third paper. The exam is scheduled for Wednesday April 12. If you are writing the paper instead of taking the exam, you do not have to come to class this day.
