Otto is about 2 years old, a sable male. He was turned over to a volunteer at a local park, who brought him to us. He was probably abused, and is still nippy at times, but loves to race around the room, dooking and climbing over everything. We thought initially he was hard of hearing, but now realize it was just because he didn't think it was important to listen to anything. He has been learning to come to our whistle and beg for Cheerios. He is solid muscle, an accomplished climber and jumper, and very smart. He gets along well with other ferrets. Entered shelter 5/12/98.
