The report is available to the public at the registrar's office, the admissions office and the athletic department office and includes information on participation in varsity sports, genders of coaches and budgets for sports.
The report is not related to Title IX, a 1972 federal law requiring gender equity in education. Last year, investigators cleared Oberlin in charges of inequity following a complaint that was filed against the school in 1994.
Athletic Director Don Hunsinger said the NCAA is requiring the reports mostly for Division I schools. For Division III schools like Oberlin, which cannot offer athletic scholarships, "to show that we all have too little funds for our programs," he said.

Senior tennis players Bethany Pribila and Erika Bradford are competing this weekend in the Rolex tournament at Kenyon College.
The tournament is for highly-ranked Midwest region NCAA Division III tennis players. According to coach Don Hunsinger, this year is the first in which Oberlin has competed in the tournament.
Pribila and Bradford were the Yeowomen's number one and three players last season. Pribila was an all-conference player and accumulated a 14-8 record.
Players in the fall tournament can advanced from regional to national competition.
