Jan. 30, 12:15 a.m.
Officers assisted a female who fell on the steps at the Security Office. The female said she did experience some pain in her lower back, but did not want medical treatment at the time.

Jan. 30, 3:08 a.m.
Officers were requested at Fairchild to assist with a student ill from alcohol consumption. The student was transported to Allen Medical Clinic for treatment.

Jan. 30, 1:05 a.m.
A resident of Burton Hall reported graffiti spray painted on the wall in the basement. A work order was submitted for clean up.

Jan. 30, 3:13 p.m.
A student reported receiving harassing phone calls in her room. The student was given instructions on contacting the GTE Nuisance Hotline and advised to keep a log of all calls received. Incident under investigation.

Jan. 31, 8:51 a.m.
A staff member reported the theft of prescription medication from a desk in the Service Building garages. Incident is under investigation.

Jan. 31, 12:10 p.m.
Officers and Oberlin Fire Department units responded to a fire alarm at Price Hall. The detector was activated by smoke from burned bacon.

Feb. 1, 5:05 p.m.
A student reported offensive graffiti on a chalkboard at King computer lab. The graffiti was removed from the board.

Feb. 1, 11:29 a.m.
Officers and Oberlin Fire Department units responded to a fire alarm at Kade, first floor kitchen. A student cooking French toast scorched the butter causing smoke which activated the alarm.

Feb. 3, 8:10 a.m.
Officers and the Oberlin Fire Department responded to a fire alarm on the first floor of Keep. Grease build up in the oven created smoke that activated the alarm.

Feb. 4, 1:11 a.m.
Officers responded to third floor of Langston Hall after receiving a complaint of a loud party. The room was located and spoke with 12 students in attendance. Alcohol was confiscated and the party was closed down.

Feb. 5, 12:43 p.m.
Officers responded to Hall Auditorium to assist an injured female. The female slipped on a patch of ice as she was walking down the front steps. She was transported to Allen Medical Center for treatment.

Feb. 5, 1:15 p.m.
A student requested assistance with a student who passed out and was unconscious at Noah Hall. The student advised he had been feeling ill and was transported by officers to Student Health.

Feb. 5, 4:58 p.m.
Officers were requested to assist an injured student at Philips Gym. The student was playing basketball and possible broken her right ankle. She was transported to Allen Medical Center for treatment.

Feb. 5, 8:45 a.m.
Recreation Center member reported the theft of his Kyocera cell phone from the weight room at Philips Gym. A search of he building was made with negative results.

Feb. 6, 11:08 a.m.
Officers responded to the north side of Physics after receiving a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a college vehicle. There were no injuries and only minor damage to the vehicle.

Feb. 6, 12:18 p.m.
Officers responded to Philips Gym to assist with a person who fell in the locker room shower and sustained head injuries. The subject was transported to Allen Medical Center for treatment.

Feb. 7, 10:34 p.m.
A staff member reported several non-students in the women’s restroom of Hales Gym consuming alcohol. The subjects were located, identified and escorted from the area. The alcohol was confiscated.

Feb. 8, 8:57 p.m.
Officers were requested to assist with a student who passed out and hit her head in Wilder DeCafe. The student was transported by officers to Allen Medical Center for treatment.

Feb. 9, 1:58 a.m.
Officers responded to Tank Hall after receiving a noise complaint. Students were found playing games on the third floor. They were advised of the complaint and requested to turn in for the night.

Feb. 9, 4:20 a.m.
Officers responded to a report of a water leak at Langston Hall. A plumber was contacted and responded for repairs.

Feb. 10, 10 a.m.
Officers responded to a request for assistance with a person who fell and injured her ankle in Wilder Bowl. The staff person was transported to Allen Medical Center emergency room by officers.

Feb. 10, 10:35 a.m.
Officers and Oberlin Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at Asia House. The cause of the alarm was found to be smoke from burning incense.

Feb. 10, 3:30 p.m.
An off campus student reported receiving an inappropriate phone call from an unknown person. The incident is under investigation.
