The following is a compilation of weekly reports from the Office of Safety and Security.

March 6, 9:10 p.m. Safety and Security Officer and Oberlin Fire Department responded to an activated second floor smoke detector. No cause determined for activation.

March 7, 12:53 a.m. Safety and Security Officers responded to a report of an altercation between a male and female student who were acquaintances. Matter under investigation.

March 7, 2:15 a.m. Safety and Security Officer responded to an off campus student's residence to a report of unwanted presence of another student. One student was transported to Residential Hall.

March 7, 4:43 a.m. Safety and Security Officer responded to an altercations at an off-campus party with Oberlin Police Department. Matter under investigation.

March 7, 1 p.m. Safety and Security Officer responded to report of a cut finger to a student worker. Student was transported for treatment at the emergency room.

March 7, 3:16 p.m. Safety and Security Officer responded to a report of a knee injury at the athletic fields. Student was transported to Allen Memorial Hospital for treatment.

March 8, 10 p.m. Safety and Security Officer responded to report of a power failure that affected the Residence Halls. Oberlin Light and Power repaired a City transformer.

March 8, 1:18 p.m. Safety and Security Officer responded to a report of a theft of a wallet left in a coat pocket at Wilder Hall. Matter under investigation.

March 8, 6:51 p.m. Safety and Security Officer, on patrol, discovered a vehicle with a shattered window. Nothing was missing. Matter under investigation.

March 8, 6:18 p.m. Safety and Security to a complaint of a female employee entering the men's locker room to announce building closing.

March 8, 10:11 p.m. Safety and Security Officer responded to a report of a motor vehicle that had been vandalized. Rear window was broken and the steering column was damaged. Matter under investigation.

March 9, 10:18 a.m. Safety and Security Officer responded to a private property motor vehicle accident in Stevenson parking lot. One vehicle struck another while attempting to pull into a parking space.

March 9, 10:39 a.m. Safety and Security Officer responded to a report of a damaged chair in the lounge of Talcott. The highback chair had been broken.

March 9, 6:10 p.m. Safety and Security Officer responded to reported theft of a bicycle from Hales Gym. Bicycle is a Tomcat mountain bike, black in color 21 speed with a luggage rack on back, valued at $50.00.

March 10, 8:08 p.m. Safety and Security Officer and Oberlin Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at Heisman Field House. Cause was activation of a pull station by a small child.
