Renaissance on View

The Allen Memorial Art Museum (AMAM) will host a scholarly symposium on April 25 and 26 related to the yearlong Religion, Ritual and Performance in the Renaissance exhibition, which presents important Renaissance paintings, sculpture, and decorative arts from the AMAM and the Yale University Art Gallery collections. The museum houses an encyclopedic collection of more than 14,000 works selected to provide a comprehensive overview of the history of art. The collection places Oberlin in the top five college and university art museums in the United States.
