Leon Sears

Leon Sears, Oberlin's second city manager, took the position after Don Herrick left. During Sears' tenure as city manager, he created the Oberlin Municipal Light and Power System. He moved to Wahington, D.C. in 1935 to serve with the Rural Electric Administration, and was followed as city manager by Harry Victor Zahm.
