The chart below shows the major steps in the current strategic planning process. With a scheduled completion date of December 2015, the steering committee and working groups will spend the next year analyzing issues and proposing recommendations for priorities and actions Oberlin should undertake over the next 3-5 and 10-20 years. Opportunities for input will be available throughout the process from students, faculty, staff, and the greater Oberlin community. Please refer to this website and to the Events Calendar for these public events and listening sessions.
