The 33 members of the Strategic Plan Steering Committee have been organized into three Working Groups. Each Working Group will address issues in a thematic area, with the goal of drafting recommendations to the Steering Committee by the end of April 2015. We recognize that the issues being pursued are interrelated and may extend beyond the purview of a particular group. The Working Groups will look to each other and also outside the committee as necessary in their investigations. If you have suggestions or ideas you would like to address to a particular group, please send an e-mail to OCstrategicplan@oberlin.edu and include the Working Group name in the subject line.
