- First Thursdays / Allen After
Hours
Originally known as "Art After Hours," this student only event ran from 1997 until 2002. Relaunched in the fall of 2007, "Allen After Hours" event offered Oberlin College students a chance to experience the museum in a unique way at a time that worked with their busy schedules. Due to the popularity of this program, the museum began offering the "First Thursday" monthly evening hours during the academic year, which has featured a number of different programs, including lectures, performances, and art activities.
