Getting Here/Accessibility

The Allen Memorial Art Museum is always free and open to the public.

All of the AMAM galleries except one are accessible.  Our North entrance (off of Lorain Street) has a ramp and automatic door.

The museum’s second floor is accessible to visitors only by stairs. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. A visual guide to current Ripin Gallery exhibitions is usually available at the Visitor Desk at the front door.

All of the AMAM's public programs are held in accessible spaces. The museum has a wheeled walker that may be signed out for use within the building, but we do not furnish wheelchairs.

For questions regarding accessibility, please contact Sally Moffitt, administrative assistant, at 440-775-8665.

The Allen Memorial Art Museum is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums.
